Most plans include healthy eating guidance and "homework" to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I understand that adapting new habits is difficult and often times is a slow burn. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, even small changes, you will be able to obtain slow the aging process and stave off degenerative diseases.
